REFUND POLICY

At topGantt, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with our software, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of payment.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Refund Period: To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of your payment.
  2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  3. Software Usage: Refunds are only available if the software has been used in accordance with our terms of service and has not been modified or tampered with.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Contact us through the Support page with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  2. Processing Time: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  3. Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exceptions:

  1. Beyond Refund Period: Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Demo-Mode Usage: If you have used the software in demo-mode or trial version for any period of time, the refund policy does not apply.
  3. Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased our software through a third-party vendor, you will need to contact them directly for their refund policy.
